I don't know what the original developers planned. But i think it can be used as a colosseum so players can do 1 vs 1 figts. Because this game is player(s) versus computer. And i think a place where we can go player vs player would be awesome and tha game needs it. Just think about tournaments, scoreboard, and winner gets a legendry item or something better like gems or a special skin that can only get from tournaments. Anything can be possible.

not a bad idea but on this style of game mechanically it would not be interesting no way to dodge you cannot move by typing
there will be only one meta character and all the others will no longer be played in this famous Coliseum
and the fact that there is a target and a training dummy
makes me say that it's more of a training stand
a way to perhaps strengthen his weapons or the character himself
