install the missing dependenices using redistributables https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/ also if u r using and older version of windows below win 10 and using a latest version of electron u may face the same error, it is highly refomended to upgrade windos, if u r on win 10 or 11 and still geting this then install the reditributablles
