How to detect click events on a modal's disabled parent? I'm trying to react to this by flashing something on the modal to indicate to the user that is where action must be taken

#

sorry I realized I asked the wrong question at first

craggy elm
#

what kind of modal

neat shoal
#

a child window modal

craggy elm
#

why parent is disabled?

neat shoal
#

modal windows disable the parent automatically

#

I like this as it plays that error noise when attempting to interact with the disabled parent

#

the down side is I can't seem to react to this event myself
