Likely going with the mud combo of conjure terrain, evaporate to turn into clay, break and smelt into bricks

With Tecnica there might be a glyph to assemble into the 2x2 too

conjure terrain conjure_water evaporate cut smelt pack

dirt > mud > clay > clay balls > bricks > bricks (block)

Otherwise that makes terracotta

Plus probably sensitive to make smelt target the broken items
