#Charge up and delayed firing

I don't think it's really worth the effort for us to set up something with only the hope another mod would utilize a feature

Add a custom delay before a spell projectile would be released, so another animation mod can handle the firing on their term. As for the charge up, the duration/area/potency/speed of the effect would be boosted but a winding up is required to fire and charge time might affect the result.
