Just AN without addons might not be able to do that.
Try to get a T3 spellpower thread going on your armor, projectile accelerate x however many you need to reliably hit your friend, freeze cold_snap ( delay repeat until spell is full) is probably going to be your best bet then.
Remember that you can use an enchanters wand to get for free so you have 10 more glyph slots for more or delay
