I see too much brainrot feel under jjk posts and videos, I can only guess it became too viral in the late z - alpha demograph since there is no other big anime at the moment
Naruto, One Piece and Dbz doesn't have the same drag as 10 years ago and there are little contenders to the idea of crazy powerscaling
If it wasn't for the anime, it wouldn't have gone that far tho. Manga drawings and the management of plot lines after a certain point is terrible bullshut
Back to the actual question, no way. Especially in 1.16. There has been a test indev that should have been released for last April Fools but didn't make it, in the future of 1.21 it might be possible with a total cosmetic rework
With this magic system, larger projectiles just don't work
Either they're entirely cosmetic, or utterly broken
Like imagine a burst moving as though it was a projectile
The main problem would be that it should still follow the rule of 1 projectile 1 activation
So it would be just cosmetic and actually counter productive for many use cases
Probably because ars nouveau offers way too much tools that could be used for that

I don’t see the problem with that, even if is one activation, increasing the hit box as it you increase the size is still a boon, given that it is easier to hit with said projectile
It is easier to hit the wrong thing too
Imagine firing a big projectile in a forest
Bad angle, the big collision box touch a leaf and go out way before it should

Not enough glyphs has a trail-like form I haven’t extensively tested, the idea to cast the spell as it goes is really similar to a lager hitbox if it combines with burst
The main problem is that it triggers multiple times as supposed to once
