Seems like it's not directly an Ars Nouveau problem but a problem with whatever mod generates the hanging sign.
It probably doesn't like the way that Ars registers the same plank for 4 different type of log

Might not be your problem. Im just done. Trying for 5 hrs to achieve nothing less than errors over errors..

could it be that you have 2 versions of the same mod in the folders, one of them being loaded clientside the other for whatever reason being prefered serverside?
If not, you can always try bisecting: Remove half the mods, try again. If the issue persists, keep halfing. If not, you know that the mod is in the half that you just removed and you can keep doing the bisect method until you found the culprit

that's the price you gotta pay for making your own modpack.
Although you don't have to do that, you can run the server folder locally and only ftp push everything once it works locally
