#suggestion: make mining fatigue reduce the strength of break

currently, the break glyph works the same regardless of effects like mining fatigue. This defeats the point of a lot of a lot of modded structures as well as the vanilla ocean monument. I propose that each level of mining fatigue reduces the max hardness of break by one or two levels (and at the lowest tier can't break anythign requiring tools). This way, break still works, but you can break fewer types of blocks and at mining fatigue 3, are prevented from breaking anything that requires a pickaxe to drop. However, it would still be able to break dirt, slime blocks, and stuff.

If you don't want to add it to the mod please let me know so I can add it to my harder ars addon idea.

This sounds amazing, and great for making my base less susceptible to enemies as well, I transport an elder guardian to my base and then people no longer become able to break in using magic to mine. 10/10 security rating this receives. whirlisprig_heart

... isn't 1.19 not recieving feature updates anyway? I should just add this in the meantime but with the expectation it might not last. It's a quick and hacky mixin anyway wouldn't want or care if it lasted
