If the recipe you're crafting in the bookwyrm gui uses tag based ingredients, the storage lectern should use whatever you have most of in the tag.
Currently it will often use something you have less of but might be rare or harder to craft like a fancy colored glass block you have 10 of instead of the 1000 regular glass in the network.
