Methods for uncrafting/breaking down item generally let players purchase diamonds from villagers. Not that it's necessarily bad to allow that, I just figured that aspect of the feature should be part of the discussion.

Definitely should be restrictions on things that can be deconstructed

I like the idea of it potentially being able to deconstruct items created in the enchanting apparatus and maybe also strip enchants off of items?
