I see it's in the quest book but any idea on how to spawn em? do they spawn in plains naturally or smth?

they spawn like normal passive mobs, in grassy areas when you are 20 or so blocks away

You will find lots of them when you conjure your first island unless you go vexing first

the only mob that spawns are mooshrooms and chickens
