Warp Scroll - blink

It would be awesome if you could use self -> blink with a warp scroll in your offhand to not consume the scroll, just like you can with projectile -> blink

use <form> to summon a rune that teleports u to the first scroll in ur inventory.

sensitive tells a rune to use the targets inventory instead of the inventory near/under it. blink runes teleport what they trigger on to the first scroll they find.

runes being able to be modified by was a thing added in 1.18.x Ars
