I read this game can be played on all devices & indeed it can BUT what they don't tell you is when you already have the game on your phone it will not link your existing game to your other devices & you have to start a NEW game. I like the game but hopefully the developers will fix it so you can link an existing game on another device. Please note I have already tried the link page & it says it cannot link.

@rose mirage As far as I am aware, to link multiple devices you need to link one to 3d party account (like Facebook) and then use this 3d party account to log in on another one. Is that what you had in mind?

@trim stratus , yes I tried it on my tablet & tried to link it to my Google account & it didn't work. I went through the tutorial and when I was able to link the message said I couldn't.

Quite often in arena the screen stays frozen after defeating opponent. Have to close game clear cache and reboot the phone. Sometimes the win is counted other times nothing is recorded and back to battle I go.

Suggestion - ability to launch a rally early, for example I setup a 30 minute rally, it fills up in 5 minutes.. now I either have to cancel and rehost or sit there the remaining 25 minutes for it to launch

I am in state 13 and I managed to get to chapter 22 and I find when I blitz I dont recieve the tokens from the chapter when I got them in the blitz. I was at 7 and I paid the 1500 for ap to do so and I got 2 but I didnt recieve them?

@here I suggest doing a few server mergers. Also, a separate chat for other languages. It is hard to keep track of flooded with foreign languages. I also suggest that the discord should be a bit more organized like other games. Feel free to pop some in a few and get ideas. I see a lot of potential for this game and community.

I just accidentally overthrew my leader (not intentionally at all, mostly seeing what the red button does) and I became leader with no warning messages. To transfer leadership back to him though, once I found it, came with 2 warning messages. That was fun.

They can take some ideas from SoS to improve this. Main reason I left SoS is because the campaign you really didn’t do anything just watch the screen and move your character around
Everything else is basically the same but a search for resources would be a great help. SoS allowed you to search for resources too

Have you double checked that the last stage in 24 is actually done? There should be yellow boxes next to the VIP at the top that say 1 and 2. You may have to upgrade your HQ further to unlock it.

This keeps happening to me, campaign, ultimate challenge, hero duel. Everyone dies but nothing happens. If I click auto it says the battle has ended. If I click leave it gives me the message about fleeing but still gives the reward, but it doesn't always actually let me out, sometimes I have to close out and re-open.

@lethal flare the only ways, that I know of, are either buying packs or paying for them with diamonds. They aren't offered in Ruins or the Pit.
Thought it would be good if there were other ways to get them.

Suggestion: my clan made a last second save and secured the 10th stage of stamina expenditure event near the end of timer. Unfortunately, not all players were online and claimed the final reward. Suggestions - Make Tutorial shorter, it's long and this game is too easy for such a long tutorial. Also remove having to do a tutorial on every server you join. If you did it once, you should never have to do it again. Alliance Gifts are broken for many players, the bars moves once a day or even takes several days before it moves. Contacting Support their answers contradict the description.... We need to have both Devs and Support on the same page. They cannot contradict one another with information. That makes it impossible to figure out who is correct and how it actually functions. Support should NEVER tell you they cannot help you because the Devs are on vacation. That is unacceptable. People are spending lots of money to support the game and pay the Devs and Supports bills...... Other games have gone from very active to completely dead because of things like this. So if this game is going to continue thriving, the people need more support/help. March Speed items are way too expensive. It makes it great for attacking and defending but when you can't win any in rewards it makes it really crappy. EVERYONE would appreciate a search for each individual type of resource. Hunting down level 5's and 6's becomes a headache. A great function for Alliance would be able to set Allies, Naps and Enemies so that they are different colors on map. Thank you!!!!
Oh yeah..... Make Stamina cans buyable or put them in Events as rewards. We can purchase AP but not Stamina? Come on......

Twice I have been in arena specifically hero glory. Just as I win a round my timer goes off. I click to set a new timer and when I return it shows a loss even though I watch my history before I click on timer. I presume the problem happens anytime the app is minimized. It only happens if minimized at the same moment of victory. Any other time the app allows a resume for auto battle. Oh and I am using auto battle. iPhone XR 13.7 version.

Not a bug but a problem in mechanics. State 9 is only just now part of an event that offers Phoenix frag. This means nobody in our state has it yet. However in arena we are fighting people that do have this hero already. So we have an unfair balance in game. Opening server wide events is fun but only if you balance them correctly. Also we have seen tons of bugs. My alliance leader had a rally against them@which was cancelled. However in our alliance it kept showing them under attack. The attacking player seemed to be sending troops to an idle land location. It took a pretty good amount of time for the attack rally to vanish. It never showed the enemy as having a red line. They had a yellow line to idle land. Another player in our state buffed their attack and lost damage against tyrant after using attack buff. They said absolutely nothing would have dropped damage they checked everything. I have reported arena glory problem when I have seen my hero’s beat the last of a wave but I get a loss. I love your game. I will stay faithful. Please consider balance and bugs. I know the game is unbalanced in pay to win fashion. I prefer that because I like to throw money at games instead of other vices. However it seems like you should insure we have had equal chances. I can not out right buy Phoenix and have not had the opportunity to obtain that hero. Yet I have to battle it in arena. Lucky for me the Phoenix was weak and I beat that player. I worry however that the devs are not thinking balance. They are thinking open everything...

Also, the demand for rss and the ability to get it is ridiculously out of balance. Gathering needs to be faster. Upgrading needs to be less expensive. The times need desperate adjusting. Hours and hours to research something for a level 1? That’s balogna. And millions of rss for baby cities to upgrade? It discourages players from continuing to play. You’re demanding time and rss that should only come much later in the game
Players need to build momentum and you’re keeping that from happening

Suggestion: Give more stamina. Right now you can only do a couple of the high level zombie lairs and then you are out. The stamina should increase as your commander level or hq level increases. Or if nothing else make it replenish faster.

@split solar some of them do. Not all of them come back. It says most of your wounded or KIA troops will be healed by EVA. That means you lose some too.

I tested it the other day. Took count of what troops I had before doing lairs. Hit 3 different sized ones including the largest we have in state. I didn't lose any troops.
Report said I had killed troops, bit after healing the few in infirmary was back to full count I had before hitting.

Possible bug: When you use Ulrik's ultimate and have Meyers in the formation and use his ultimate after using Ulrik's, Ulrik's debuff is cancelled out. Now given they are two different styles they should not conflict in such a way but seems to be doing so.
