Screen is not turning red if two of us are heading to the same tile. I have other reports of bases being hit by accident when doing firefly. Screen not turning red.
If you're both from the same alliance for tiles, the second to arrive will simply bounce and return home.
I have yet to hit a sanctuary instead of a firefly: perhaps put up a 2 hour shield so you'll get the shield drop warning screen until the issue is fixed.

I upgraded my hq and my march dropped. I messaged cs in game and they told me the game is always right. How do I get them to actually look into the issue? I am not a new player having started in state 80.

This was my answer. The receipt from apple shows 2 other purhcases made between June 4th and today. Odd I am only just being billed now for a week old purchase but at least everything checks out.

I recently bought a ‘privilege’ package on the PNSofficialtop up site which is seperate from the main app. It was under their heading of ‘all’ and thats all the info there was on it. Anyway it wasnt what i thought it was, and they refuse to give me a refund saying instead i should ‘just enjoy it’ and ‘look it up’ next time on the game app site before I buy. They also refuse to send me their cancellation policy.
You can buy vouchers on the top up site and use in game if you are not sure what a package contains

We have had many come in over the years asking why they can't access their account. It turns out they went through their bank to get a refund. This means you get locked out until you spend, on PnS, the same amount that was returned or more.

They cost me 150 diamonds each and when I do get the cheap bunch some how it ended up costing me 11 tokens at 150 each

Now, the existing piece cant be unequipped and combined- so the cost of upgrading has doubled

The net result is they doubled the cost of upgrades- because you cant unequip the equipped piece and combined with the 1 piece in bag. Now you need 2 pieces in the bag to upgrade - doubling the cost 2 weeks after installation- so everyone who upgraded last week did so 50% cheeper. Thats not right

The timer isn’t up to get the free. You get 5 a day. But after you use one. You need to wait 10 minutes

Thank you. When i started the timer was not running then had to go to that page and click use those other ones then when got back that's where timer was. I figured it was still my free but first time it took every token and said insufficient during free. I tried other place if I would of known about it 1 token and done. Easy.
On the card collector event, observer mode has the wrong symbols on the tiles. My husband is color blind and relies on observer mode to do this event. Can this be fixed, please.
Late response, but if you filll normal infirmary full of T1s 1st. Then attack tiles so your troops go to the deep. It will work!

What do joy coins do?
Tonight is the second time I have had an issue with and not being able to have my quantity doubled on the box multiplier for my holo designs. This happened twice in a row now on the PNS Top Up store on the pc and has not worked for me since they changed the interface on the Top Up store. I get the popup in the pc version of the game and click Use Now on the Right side of the pop up. I made certain I did it 100% correctly tonight. When I got to the PNS Top Up store I didn't add anything other than a coupon and I never received the multiplier, but the multiplier remained on my base...I again had to then log in to my iPad to make the multiplier purchase.
And of course have to deal with the painful process of trying to get a refund on the pc purchase. Can you investigate the pc version top up store box multiplier functionality? It might help others. I for one will never use the top up store again, between the foreign transaction fees on my credit cards to these issues with box multipliers the 10% extra diamonds for only the purchases that include diamonds is clearly not worth it.
Additional feedback on the Top Up Store, having a pos (point of sale) system that doesn't even list the entire details of what you are purchasing is not very functional as a result. It's especially frustrating for things like bioenhancer day when you have to check if you are buying the gift with 2 bio schemes for a dollar rather than just the one for a dollar. The layout and functionality seems so crude and rudimentary

Примерно в 6:40 утра по Москве,проходил симуляцию, дали синий ящик с ядром, хотел его открыть, но в сумке он не появился, потом перешёл на новый сервер в 995 регионе, там эвент с фонариками, крутанул - примерно в 7:00, получил 13 ящиков пром 2, перешёл в сумку из нет...почистил кеш и перезапустил игру, ничего не появилось. Спустя час, купил за донат 2 фонаря, крутанул, ящики появились, я думаю что частично не начисляется игровое имущество
Hey guys think I got a problem with Ultimate challenge. I see a message at almost every hit saying hero is missing (like he isn’t there) so only a few hits do make damage. Is this a translation fault or something wrong at this level?

When you get hero is missing. That means you’re using a color tile not lined with your heroes
That says weak I thought but if you’re right it’s a translation fault

I'm unable to log in, when I click on the app, for a micro second it looks like it might load, then it shrinks back to the icon it was.

Anyone have an issue where they tried to immigrate states when their wait time was up only to be surprised by more time added? I created this video on 3/26 to show another teammate how to check their time you can clearly say mine says 82 days which put my travel day as 6/16. So I did all the things and the rest of my alliance who was waiting for their time flew on 6/17 no problems. But now when I try to fly I suddenly have another 25 day waiting period. 🤬

Using auto battle in the campaign, with Wali as one of the heroes, I occasionally get a message indicating "Deployed hero rage too low" and then auto battle turns off. My other heroes are Fox, Lady M, Ephraim, and McCarty, but I'm almost certain that Wali is the source of the issue.

It forced an update and after that I was locked out for several hours this morning.
I managed to get back in after connecting to another wifi but there was a forced update again (the "new version detected" message) and I am locked out now again, it's been several hours.
I tried all the usual IT solutions (restart, update, fix game, clear cache, switch from wifi to 4G, restart router, uninstall reinstall etc.) with no luck. I emailed CS but was wondering if anyone had a similar issue.
These are the error messages I get but all my other apps work, all updates are ok...

Tundra Tussle event didn't show in the events list for me, I had to find the message that popped up in alliance chat at reset and tap it to access it. I think this needs fixed for those who aren't on around reset since this would be impossible to find in chattier alliances!
Farm with 27 'actives' and 80 total characters got this message.
So it has to be logged in 6 days or less to count and doesn't matter if you have more than minimum players if they didn't log in.

Tundra event frequently gets no on map message. Feels like feast when it kicks you out. You need to click to view your sanctuary then event button again.

Tundra event needs a lot of work. Unfortunately if you exit out of the game at all and you’re like me who had to take a phone call, you can no longer do anything in tundra. PNS crashed on two of my alliance members and they can no longer enter and do anything on tundra either.

Biggest waste of time this game has ever created. If they can’t make something that works, they should not make anything at all.

A lot of our higher tiered players said their screen was frozen and could not do anything within the event screen. They were not set to spectate either. Really frustrating.
I had to restart 3 times because it kept telling me I wasn't on the map.
And in many ways I wish I wasn't on the map because that was the least fun thing I have done in a while 👎

The glitch was like Feast when you minimize the app. It kicked you out but didn't change the screen. If you clicked World then reenter it would relocate and it would work again.
Or they are scrambling to figure out what to do about the personal rewards since most couldn't get any...hmm

Person should be 50 to 75K not 150K. I ranked #13 and got 135/150K. A few high base might players kills it or an alliance where very few show up. We've all seen that in Res War or Clash alliances with like 8 or less people even in Legend.
I was stuck here. Restarting and clicking fix game did not work. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game worked but it was a few seconds until the end. I was able to click.

Tundra Tussle sucked. I tried to look around the map to see everyone and once I didn’t have my location on screen I could not go back. I couldn’t participate at all. I tried to reboot whole game and rejoin Tundra but it just stayed on starting position. Since I was the biggest player in our group it really impacted our results. I was playing REvenge Bear for CB1 on team B, state 951.
The button to claim prizes doesn't appear, it won't let me send a message to technical support because it freezes when I send an image, and the way the game works is terrible.

Yep. Just reinforcing what was said above. This was the sleet new event rollout is the history of this game. It’s clear this event was untested at any sort of scale. Considering many many players use events like ResWar and Alliance Clash to collect scarce, expensive resources like nanos, it makes the failure even more glaring.
I enhanced Eve to +6. Which is supposed to yield a troop size increase, yet no increase shows up. "Own hero to activate this effect", so that means it should increase the number of troops in the general march. Anyone else have this happening?
Are you in the correct talent?
Talent is irrelevant to the general march size. Mega march increases troops, but Eve is supposed to incrwase the regular march outside of mega march. Unless I am missing somethiing here.

Yes, because you can employ mega march. The effect is not present anywhere. So, the effect of a larger troop size is not present at all. I am trying to add screen shots but for whatever reason Ican't do it from my tablet.

The bug is many people could not utilize the event at all. When entering the event, we saw screens like this:
However, engagement in the event was not possible. It was as though the event had not fully loaded for us and froze in place.

If you do your troop size in hall of war while in mega march it may not reflect in the smaller/regular march because the new number is still smaller than the mega march size.

Also, I think what they mean about the personal phase rewards is that every participating member will get the same amount of rewards the player with the highest kill points in their alliance can claim. (It was really poorly worded, so it was confusing.)
That is, let's say your alliance finished 2nd place, and your kill points cleared only phase 3. But if the player with the highest kill points in your alliance cleared phase 5, you will get all the No.2 rewards (up to phase 5) this time. (Normally you cannot claim rewards for phase 4 and 5 in this scenario.)

I have the same message. If you restart, it changes messages. and some messages show up as System Message and the subject is e_fc4e3e_fcf4e3e_fc. Doing it on the PC version and my iphone.

Is the issue with strange empty messages linked to the ghost messages. In game it will show I have mail, click into mail it shows a system message, open system messages and then the notification of a new message disappears. Go back to main game screen and it comes back
Believe so, check to see if you have an app update available, should solve those mails.

Issue started this morning 9:05am with alliance conquest, for my first round i clicked the reset button to redo as it gives you one free but the game bugged out, my heros didn't reset and where all low health and one dead, it let me continue but once ulrik died it popped up that game was already over even tho two heros were still alive but very low health, it continued to bug and wouldn't let me press any buttons to play or exit the round, had to wait for it to pop up with the lose screen to let me out
Then the game started bugging when trying to report, won't let me upload screenshots or even submit the bug ticket have tried several times even reloading the game

Hi everyone. I just noticed something, which might not actually be a glitch but a sort of penalty due to one of the last updates 😭
I used to launch mastery to be able to do all the fireflies in one go, even if I needed help for the last few. Now, even though my mastery should not technically have expired as I am still within the 10 minutes, it actually stops after several attacks.
I assume it's because of their new rule of 10 rallyes limit per mastery session? I was not doing rallyes, though, but solo attacks, except one zombie lair at the start.
Here is what mean in pictures. Taken on one of my farms. Lair cost before mastery, mastery activated, still active, and lair cost even though I am technically still within the 10 minutes and only did solo attacks on fireflies, no rallyes, bar one zombie lair.
Please tell me this is known, has been reported, and will change. I already hated fireflies, if now I have to do it over several days, I'm dead 😭

I'm wondering if you actually had the perfect frag boxes. They look very similar to the login Timed Tavern ones. This last round of pinball I'm fairly positive there was no Timed Tavern in it.

The might I am up against is more appropriate for my main account vs my farms! Example, my march size is 86k and I am being paired against 300k ++. My highest hero is +4 and I am being paired against +8/400s. How the heck am I ever going to complete this chapter?

Training skill and cost reduce skill cd is 24 hrs. So i train only 24 hrs amount.
next day skill available , but training haven’t finished 🤨 so i need to wasted speed up everydays. I think there is a problem with your clock ⏰

First. What training skill. Second. Cost reduction is a 23 hr cooldown.
Next. You train at reset for 24 hours and it lasts 25 hours?

I have a bug with the minigames. I wanted to play matching master lvl 3 and after few turns it said that I lost while many moves were still possible. I have screenshots if necessary. It happenend after about 5 turns. I got the bug two times.

This happened a third time again. I tried buying vouchers like the mod said to do and it didn;t double those either...It might be nice to have mods report actual issues to be fixed to the developers and not give workarounds that don't actually work. this is going on the third time I am fighting with customer service over refunds . I didn;t actually get the last 2 refunds because they waste your time by making you respond 12+ times and then confirm 6 more times the actual purchase in hopes you will just give up which i have done. Very disappointed all around with customer support.
I have made over 400 YouTube PNS videos on how to play this game. Now you forced me to make another one that I am making my premiere on my page so everyone sees it first when going there. The video clearly shows the error of the buying process and this silly response from the mod as supposed to actual real customer support for this game. Reported an issue 3 times. No refunds. No confirmation from any support people that the issue has been reported to devs and will be fixed...That is the LEAST i would expect from support. Very disappointed and thats fine, I will get my money's worth by leaving appropriate detailed reviews on multiple sites. There are rules about what i can say about PNS here but on review sites, good luck trying to control whats said there.

Hmmm, I don’t know if this is the case because in that particular case there were 7 HQS above 35, also a member in my alliance (lvl 40) is still being placed in nuka with all HQ lvls, so I’m just curious if this is intended or I’m reading this wrong

The events say perfect frags for points but do NOT give you the points when used.
You can see that I used one, but I did not get the 20,000 points I should have towards showdown.
This has always been the case with ace frags, but not the perfect ones.

Perfect frags used to give you points upon redeeming, not obtaining. Now they do not.
Gold 5 star cards are not the epic choice cards you are thinking of. Nothing you have provided is a bug

Perfect Frags are already Frags, so you don’t get points for using them just getting them

In Flag Capture, the march is not locked in when you set it. It is easily demonstrated. I set my march to my preset fighters (strongest troop) with biggest march size when in Flag Capture. Exit Flag Capture. Switch to my economy set up which reduces my march size. Go back to Flag Capture. My march size is now the economy size.

It’s editing what talent you have. If your not in military of course it will edit lower because your changing it to a different talent
It seems counterintuitive. If I initially set a formation, it should stick to that unless I manually change the formation. This is automatically changing the troop size because of something I have set in another part of the game.
Are you editing it every time? Does your March might change?
If your deployment march might isn’t changing then it’s not changing
But if your going to the edit screen in a different talent your asking the system to change your team,
I only noticed it because I had increased my march size and when to check what I had set. That is when I noticed it had decreased to the lower troop amount.
It only changes if you click dispatch. If you just looking and press the back arrow. Nothing will change
So if I don't press dispatch, then it will revert to the highter march number. So how can I know what has been set previously? Just seems like it should let me manually set it and not change unless I manually change it.
My advice. When you first set it. Don’t go in to change it and forget.
But the only way is by March might size to be certain which March you have in it

They do, there's a delay between clicking and deleting. A very long delay. Mass delete doesn't have the delay.

This is typically why we suggest having vip 13 for ap events for unlimited ap usage. You are not gaurenteed all 10 keys in your daily ap usage. It has always been this way

Those still do, the update only applies to items with a week long reset
ie: you can buy module modifiers on Saturday during Ace week, and instead of waiting a week they'll reset on Monday now so you can purchase again for offweek

But than you need to wait 5 mins, it won't let you run when if full if you don't set it from the start

I'm confused as to why you want to be able to set it after. If you do it at the beginning you select the amount & type you want to join. Once it's full it will run.
It just the type and amount. It also can send you lower lvl units if the member don't have stronger.
Also some have 2 accounts that run together, from one hand they need both of their accounts to win but also can't put any limit because they do want send their heros.

The main issue is it was announced for June 29th and they went ahead and did it 6 days earlier. Do you realize how much money was wasted on immigration tickets?
Immigration takes planning and PNS really left a lot of us stuck because they decided to launch earlier. Now my people have moved and I am stuck until December.
I can't swap weapons anymore because there's an "overforge" button in its place that I'll literally never use..
The original changes were announced early July, nothing we can do here unfortunately about immigration issues.

This is a bug-hunt channel, if you dont have a bug to report please accept our hints and leave it be. The immigration rules change was announced and now accounts have to be younger for immigrations, means the older the account the longer to wait till states open for Migration, just as announced.
I don’t understand if it’s a bug or a feature, but I checked how the “vote” option worked yesterday and 1. I can’t see any results of it after the vote time is over.
2. I chose the option with no anonymous mode, but I couldn’t see the names of those who voted there.
I was sure that I would have had a possibility to check the results after it’s over. Mb I am doing something wrong? 🤨

For example looking at state age 339-359
Before update your account could be up to 660 days old to immigrate
Now your account can be up to 500 days old to immigrate
Depends on your boosts, research gear etc.

Umm if anyone here listens and tries to help it is the mods and I've seen plenty of times the mods have called out issues, reported issues but they have no control over what the powers to be actually do with that information. Now some may see it as a sweet gig but gig implies a paycheck and the mods are players just like us, they are essentially volunteers trying their best to help as best they can.

If the purpose is to protect younger states why is state 883 keep getting matchups with older states (less than 100)?

Young doesn’t mean not powerful. If a young state has managed to work their way up then they will match up to older states.
Those are 1 time events that don’t affect your daily state life

Have to math if taking states is worth getting matched with more powerful ones the next time
With this same logic, younger state doesn’t mean it needs protecting either 🙂
It’s done in blocks by age not specifically targeting one strong state in a cluster. If 883 is strong it doesn’t mean all the other states around are.
It also gives newer states more time to grow on their own before they open up to immigration, plus no longer allowing hqs double the state age to move in.
Incoming HQs will be more similar in age now
my priority unit type is rider but when i start a lair i need always change from fighters formation to riders
Are you hitting quick select or a pre set
Quick select will always be fighter
The priority type screen your showing is for what troop type it selects
The formations screen is different spot
why i cant set up my formation to riders as default ? in what condition i will not want to use my main type?
You can only set the formation up for your rallies. In the troop for : set page
i know there is no way to decalre a automatic formation, so its a bug
In your hall of war where you set up your marches you can edit the default formation used on that march.

I could be wrong but I don't think formations does anything for you in doa since it's a solo march.
It's more about when others join with you, it did seem to help in Ruins when you first get it iirc so that's why I'm not certain about above
maybe you are right, but when i test it on pit when i go with rider formation my score is better (the rest is the same, heros, size)
