Volcano Mine aint too bad but not good enough to replace nukaland weekend. It should of took place of Valiant weekend where Nukaland was removed.. Also it being only 30 minutes makes that perfect for that weekend. That way each type of players have something biweekly and not once every 4 weeks. Sincerely a person that likes sanctuary hitting and getting burnt👀 😂

I prefer it over Nuka as Volcanic Mines gives me more access to perfect frags. I got more rewards in half the time compared to NUKA.

🔥 Volcanic Mines Feedback – Gameplay & Balance Suggestions 🔥

1️⃣ Event Duration & Map Dynamics

The event is engaging, but extending the duration slightly would improve overall strategy and allow for more meaningful comebacks. The current pacing feels a bit rushed, especially when trying to recover from early setbacks.

  • Suggestion: Increase duration moderately (e.g., +5–10 minutes).

Additionally, introducing sporadic “super buffs” on the map would add excitement and strategic depth:

  • Temporary auto-shield while gathering (e.g., 3 minutes)
  • A mega combat buff allowing attacks on multiple sites for a limited time (e.g., 5 minutes)
  • Other rotating buffs (speed, gathering efficiency, troop boosts)

This would create dynamic decision-making instead of static farming paths.

2️⃣ Combat Balance

I really enjoy the unlimited troops and hospital safety mechanics—this encourages active play without fear of heavy losses.

However, I’ve noticed that strong base commanders still maintain a clear advantage, which somewhat limits the intended balance of the mode.

  • Suggestion:
    • Introduce stat normalization or soft caps to reduce extreme power gaps
    • Or implement temporary equalizing buffs to give mid-tier players a chance to compete

The goal would be to keep skill and strategy as the deciding factor—not just base strength.

🔥 Overall Impression:
Volcanic Mines is a fun and promising mode, especially with its low-risk combat design. With slightly longer duration, dynamic map buffs, and better balance adjustments, it could become one of the most engaging competitive events in the game.

I found #🌋volcanic-mine to be enjoyable and challenging. Gathering with all but 1 march and gaining experience points for the tech tree was fun. I like the new extra march for the ore spawn locations. Combine this concept with Nuka elements like hitting sanctuaries for kill points, grenades and blast shields would be awesome for gameplay. The rewards were ok for what I accomplished. Maybe a reward selection similar to super diamond shop to redeem points for an array of items with the remaining points carried over. I like the 30 minute gameplay but felt it stopped too soon. 45-50 minutes would be my suggestion.

I liked the pace, the matchup was a little off, but better than nuka. I enjoyed the variety of targets too. Maybe match accounts by real base might and not troops? 30 minutes seemed perfect to me too, all the best! Nams ▄︻̿芫一一一 S277

I liked the Volcanic Mine. The rewards are acceptable, the time event is also valid for me.

Only problem is about the combat balance. When I entered the Volcanic Mine, there were many strongest commanders and I was beaten easily by them. To achieve this, a system for balancing players based on power and level needs to be adopted, since it's impossible to compete in the volcanic mine with players above level 40 with a power level above 300 million, especially with items that can only be acquired through recharging.

I am the biggest advocate for Nuka so I think once again, this event should not be replacing Nuka to make them both monthly. Why cut events and why cut times on water waters? This makes no sense. Let people have both events, not picking one ever other week.

Being attacked right before finishing mining is the worst experience. It feels like all my time was wasted. Please implement a protection system where players lose less if the mining is almost complete (e.g., 80%+). The current "hyena-style" sniping is ruining the game.

There are too many attacks. I can't mine at all. Even if soldiers don't die, being attacked constantly is just stressful. Please give us a way to play more peacefully.

I was unable to participate for 30 minutes during the times specified so I didn’t even try this time around. I am only able to play for 10-15 minutes at a time yet several times a day. Anything longer like Tundra Tussel that requires constant attention is sadly impossible for this 7 day a week working person. I play between jobs and family commitments. And sneak it in when I can. I refuse to give up my game family and make time to chat so game play has to be easy to understand and quick to do or I don’t make time for it.

I found the 30 minute timing perfect to achieve the objectives with fierce competition but also not so long I got bored. Not being able to attack HQs is a huge improvement on Nuka, which I regularly refuse to do due to the poor matching. The improvements during the event were certainly helpful - the first account I did the event on was a lot of guesswork. The addition of the timer at the bottom and outburst veins warnings were very helpful.

Losing mined ore upon attacked doesn't feel like it's in the spirit of this new event. If what was mined was counted as it was being mined rather than when the march returned to the HQ would also make it easier to track the leaderboard, especially at the end, when you don't know where you placed until it's over. Not knowing where you would place was annoying.

Quick, competitive and with nice rewards. I would definitely do this again, although I agree with others - monthly seems like a huge gap between events. While I don't do Nuka, I'd be happy for both events to run on alternate fortnights to keep everyone happy.

I hope Volcanic Mine doesn't replace Nuka entirely... Keeping my 🤞)

▶️ Alliance Infighting: One of the biggest complaints is that you can kick your own alliance members off a vein. It feels messy & causes unnecessary drama. Ugh 🙅‍♂️

▶️ The 5-Min. Penalty: In a 30-min. event, a 5-min. stat debuff for losing is brutal. It effectively knocks you out of the running for a huge chunk of the game. We would want that timer cut in half or removed.

▶️ Visual Clutter: Between the robots, the ore piles, the veins, & the debuff icons, the map is a nightmare to look at. It’s hard to tell what’s actually worth clicking on when everything is flashing at once.

▶️ Robot Buffs: The hunting robots for skills feels like a distraction rather than a strategy. If the skills were more powerful, players would actually care about them.

▶️ Auto-Looting: Having to manually click to collect ore is just one more thing to do in an already busy event. An auto-loot feature dropped by guards or robots would be nice.

▶️ Tiered Matchmaking: Smaller players feel like they’re just there to be farmed by the big accounts. Brackets should be based on might so everyone actually has a shot at the top-tier rewards.

In my opinion, they can just dial back the friendly fire within alliances & tweak the timers to be less punishing, it could easily become a favorite. It shouldn't have to replace Nuka, instead, it has the potential to be that fast-paced, high-energy alternative for when you want a quick adrenaline hit rather than a long-drawn-out war.☝️

Ultimately, the Volcanic Mine feels like a "diamond in the rough." It’s got all the ingredients for a great event with no real troop losses, high-speed action, & solid rewards, but it’s currently a bit too frantic for its own good.this

  1. Core Gameplay & Pacing
    I believe the 30 minute window for Volcano mines is actually the perfect amount of time. The pace for this is much faster than Nuka so the window works quite well. I believe the efficiency of the 1-3 mines was good, but I think the benefits for opening them could scale for harder veins. Possibly an extra benefit for taking them from someone as well, besides the ore received.

I actually quite prefer this gameplay to Nuka, though I think it could benefit from the tiers that Nuka has, since larger accounts can endlessly attack on here with the troop recovery. The speed and pace of this is much more fun that sitting around for several minutes most times waiting for nuka boxes or nuka mining to finish. The appearing volcanoes also are a great rush of speed to grab, so it's an exciting 30 minute event, which is quite different than a lot of others these days.

  1. Combat Mechanics & Battlefield Skills
    I think the mine constant penalty should be lessened, especially if accounts of all sizes can be playing in the same space. There isn't really a finesse to the event if you can have HQ40s clearing out HQ24 and then the 24's have lowered stats.

The distribution and respawn of patrol units was my least favorite part of this event. I think they need to be adjusted to maybe allow 2 or 3 people (or more) to hit them to collect. Everyone rushing to grab them early one was a pain and really limited it. Quicker respawns or just static points (even with a lower reward to offset) would be a much more balanced version I believe.

I think battlefield skills were useful, but didn't provide any true benefit if you bumped up against larger accounts that had just been going for ore. I think the possibility to unlock skills at time frames would be an interesting add (so right before outburst veins possibly a skill aimed at that, etc.).

The outburst veins were the most fun part of this event. The rush to gather, grab, and keep those was the most fun out of anything in the event. I think maybe a few less, but another round of them would be great, driving people to compete for the mines more than just grab what they can. It's very hard right now to steal a mine from someone depending on the distance.

The relocates I think were fine, I figured out how to use them on the second or third time for best use, so I think that's a growing learning curve there, but a great way to play, by competing on the move versus just sit and gather.

  1. Rewards
    I'd like to see an achievement possibly added for Volcano Mines itself, but for the start of the event I believe the rewards are good. I think with both Nuka and this, the top 3 or so could earn something more fun, like a specific perfect frag to use for S1, S3, or restricted heroes that is a real benefit to playing it.

  2. Interface
    The screen interface is a bit over cluttered. It's hard to manage 6 marches, have it spill over on the skills portion, and still be able to get to things quickly. The markers for the actual veins could be in bigger text to make reading it easier.

The clock icon looks a bit more like a curio token than a clock depending, so that could be adjusted. The counter for ore is actually quite useful and in a good spot.

I think the skills and boost part could be moved to the right side of the screen to allow marches to cascade down the left side easier.

The actual actions part of the event worked well for me. I'd like to possibly see the ability to use a free march to grab hammers and not just the one spare march. The free relocate could also be accessed easier when moving around the map vs the interface it has to click and then drag.

Overall, I think it was quite a fun new event, and something I'd like to play more often. I think a few changes can optimize it to make it one of the best events since it can be an action packed one versus the more stagnant gameplay we get sometimes. I hope we can get this more often than just rotating with Nuka though.

I hate Nuka. But I loved this! Honestly I think it’ll be fine. Everyone can pick which one they want to do. It was a nice mix of doom, clash, nuka, vc and super fast paced. I loved it.

① The 30-minute battle felt just right. It was tense and exciting. I was also satisfied with the distribution of ore veins. I think the timing for unlocking the Central Smelter was good. Seeing strong players heading toward the center was quite impressive.
② I felt the debuff upon defeat was unnecessary. A system where strong players always win prevents everyone from enjoying the game.
Since the patrol guards become a battleground, I felt it would be better to shorten the respawn interval and increase their numbers. I have no issues with the skill effects. I felt the frequency and number of volcanic eruptions were appropriate. I also had no issues with the relocation items.
③ The ranking bonuses are excellent. I was happy to receive versatile items.
④ It was disappointing that the event didn’t start immediately upon entering. I think it would be good to improve the system so that players can march on the patrol soldiers right after entering.

Overall, I feel this was a great event. However, if the system is modified so that strong players always take first place, it could lead to players leaving the game, so I hope you’ll consider that.

I look forward to more fun events in the future.

1⃣やることが多く、集中力が必要なので30分はちょうどいい時間だった。マップ内にプレイヤーで戦力の幅が大きかったため、占領が難しいプレイヤーも少なくはなかったと思う。分布と採集効率については特に問題なし。レディは強いプレイヤーが圧倒的有利で、箱を取るのは多少のスキルが必要となる。それに比べて火山は、私みたいなあまり強くないプレイヤーにとっては兵士無限で、強さに依存せずポイント獲得できる部分があるのでレディより好き
2️⃣デバフ発動時はどこかで確認できたのかな?
あまり意識してないから気づけなかった…気づきやすいところに表示があると助かるかも?
デバフ効果については、5分間ずっと半分になるのではなく徐々にデバフ効果薄れて行った方がよかったり?
巡回兵は配置は良いけど、湧くタイミングが分かりやすいと嬉しいかも

I loved this event so much better. There should be more time slots to choose from and if this is to replace Nuka then I believe it should be in the spot Nuka was otherwise it could be added keep Nuka and this on opposing weekend I enjoyed the volcano 🌋 burst that was very fun

Needs to be opposite of nuka to give us an event to end each week with - not cut nuka availability in half. Dont mind the event - would rather have both Volcanic and nuka 2x a month though

The duration of the event is valid and helpful for people. The rewards also are good and possible for many to claim them. Makes more people happy. I don’t find it fair to fight T9-T10 etc with T13-14.. even if you max the research and the skills the difference is still huge because also others will max the research. Split the Tier like in Nuka..
I prefer Nuka most and I like it more from Volcano.
To be fair to all then split tiers also in Volcano and also don’t replace it with Nuka. Leave the Nuka as it is twice a month and set Volcano on weekends that is not Nuka. Please don’t destroy excisting events that players participate and like it.

Volcanic Mines event was honestly pretty enjoyable once I understood how to play.

  1. Balance of Players The balance among players seemed much more even which gave everyone a better chance at top rewards. Taking away Sanctuary attacks and giving people infinite troops was also a nice feature. I have tons of troops but even I would run low some nukas!

  2. Ease of Play The first one is usually confusing but my 2nd time I was able to have a much better understanding. It was pretty easy to get the hang of and instructions were a huge help, although I would add that the goal is still to gather. It kinda gets lost in translation with all the new features unfortunately.

  3. Added Timers These were super helpful so even if you weren't focused on the time, you wouldn't miss out.

  4. Extra Boosts These seem decent although its tough sometimes to understand when trying to be fast in choosing one. These could be simplified possibly but seem to be easy enough to understand the more we play! They also could add a bit more benefits to the player because unfortunately not sure how much it added

  5. Duration The 30 mins was nice and was engaging the entire time although extending it to the normal 60 mins might make it a bit better. Tile gather times were a lot longer so it seemed very short unfortunately

  6. Smelting Plant This was def a nice feature and a cool Free For All. I was able to occupy and hold very short durations but def cool

  7. Time Penalties Time penalties are tough in an event such as this. Honestly it's a death sentence in events like this.

Overall Opinion Honestly I really really liked this once I understood it. Event is easy to get the hang of, engaging and fun, with an actual chance to be a Top scorer. More Balance between players so hopefully more will be inclined to join! Very happy that this will alternate with Nukaland!

hello. my feedback is as follows:

  1. it's too early to say (ask for feedback) given that this is a permanent event.
    -you will change it anyway whether its based on feedback or otherwise
    -it's only been a single event - im not sure if i was supposed to check the 'tech tree' out or pay attention to whos attacking my mines or lava or whatever its called or pay attention to the map or to the zombies etc etc etc
    -as usual the event description/rules/info posted is vague and confusing
    -timeslots didnt work (related to what people have been saying in other discord channels). the ux essentially said do it now or you cant particiate until there was a 'patch' about it.

  2. heres what i liked
    its shorter than nuka.

  3. heres what i dont like
    -new lingo - i dont really want to care about veins and arteries and lava and volcanos and the naming conventions. it makes it 218731289 time more difficult to explain to other people too. for 5 years everything has been 'conquest' and like 2 other words - alliance conquest, wasteland conquest, wasteland conquest king, valinant conquest etc etc etc just let nuka erupt from volacanos and we go and gather nuka.
    -theres literally no change from any other event - if youre big enough you win. thats it.
    -if youre making a fastpaced event - dont make me look and choose skills and talents and bonuses. if you gather 3k lava then you unlock a skill. if you gahter 6k lava - congrats, you unlock another skill. thats it.
    -its a gathering event with king of the hill element like nuka - i dont see why every couple mins i have to kill a zombie or patrol unit or a guardian or whatver its called (related to the lingo point). then theres a bunch of 8 minute nuka tiles spawning. the revert bak to fast nuka...

    -rewards are like nuka.

時間と内容は満足ですが、占領ポイントの調整だけした方がいいと思います。
結局今朝占領ポイントだけじゃダメよ、という方針は良いと思いますが、TOP5に入っても総合はめちゃくちゃひくい、とかになると占領の争いがあまり起きなくなりそう

Enjoyed it more than nuka. Only thoughts make it to where you go against the same might or close to your own. Smaller bases don’t have a chance going after the middle. I tried the event on 3 of my 10 bases each I played differently. I like the volcanoes and going after the bots.

1️⃣ Core Gameplay & Pacing
The time duration was nice being fast; though learning and trying to select skills was slightly chaotic. It will get better as I do more events. Becoming streamlined without thinking.

The distribution wasn’t bad; but the patrols need more spawns. Constantly marching against someone else and losing a march cause you were slightly slower feels bleh when it feels mandatory.

I’d say no; it’s whoever the biggest whale is…I watched streams of people attack me for 6 minutes until the next bigger dog came. Does it feel good to watch? Sure, but it doesn’t feel good to be the other side of the stick and have no chance
of capturing it. Better off just mining elsewhere, but without it you’re unlikely to be top ranked.
Compared to Nukaland, which gameplay do you prefer, and why?

2️⃣ Combat Mechanics & Battlefield Skills
If you were to keep them they do need some balancing. You can just hit everyone’s tiles around you and they all go on a penalty. It’s dog eat dog essentially Hq attacks with a a gathering penalty.

Need more respawns. Constantly looking and fighting for a patrol felt like garbage.

The outburst vains felt exciting to go for. Especially with how fast they gathered.

I thought the free relocate was amazing. Especially when you’re constantly low from VC
