It’s not something that would affect literally everyone, but the MiniLED screen was outright painful for me due to it not having a toggle for Local Dimming, so dark colors end up being too dark unless you increase the brightness, and then when you do that the bright colors become blinding.

It’s way more noticeable on 2D games, as well as retro stuff that relies on the screen just being bright, but on higher end games it’s not as bad.

The annoying part is that in the time since I first had it to now (long after I sold it) they still haven’t even updated the damn thing to have that local dimming toggle, when even the freaking Pimax portal had that for its MiniLED variant.

It doesn’t bring up how for (at least just some people) it outright forces you to use it at those “too bright” levels just to see the darker colors of the game.

I've stopped using screen protectors (both plastic and glass) because a cheap protector scratches up way more easily.

I've yet to get even a micro scratch on my Pixel 6 and I sometimes throw my keys in the same pocket.
