As someone with faulty shift/ctrl/alt keys on my computer, I'm crippled when games don't let me rebind actions from said keys. it's really bad on games like Super Animal Royale, and here it's pretty irritating being unable to run [shift], would appreciate an update where I can rebind it to, say, Z or any other key

I'm gonna pop in and say I was looking for the rebinding for the shift key for running... I realized I hold it a LOT and I would personally love to be able to use a different button to prevent my fingers from hurting while going on supply gatherings...
EDIT as I was trying to explain my situation to a friend and thought it could be useful here: Unfortunately it seems after 5 days of doing this (constantly holding the shift button) my left pinkie finger started to hurt each time I've had it on the shift button and have to keep re-adjusting my hand to a different and awkward position.
I think keybinding or even the option to toggle on/off a running mode would be super nice, a variety of options for us folk who have various motor needs!

I also am disabled and unfortunately constantly holding down buttons is doing a number on my hand, a shift toggle would be very helpful. Any other long presses should have a short press option as well-
This one's a long shot, but a movement option that's click and move would be very nice. I know it's an entirely different ballpark but 😭 one can hope

being able to rebind the 1, 2, 3, 4 keys for picking tools would be nice, i want to put them on my mouse side buttons

I agree, being able to fully rebind our keys would be really nice. I have messed up wrists, so holding or pressing certain keys on my keyboard (shift, ctrl, alt, etc...) during gameplay can very quickly become physically painful.
I've had to play with my ps4 controller in the meantime, but it's kind of janky (mostly with menus, or randomly getting turned in a direction when i let go of the stick too fast)
