Flipper Map is an iOS app that connects to your Flipper Zero and shows your .sub files on a map. Throw your Flipper in pocket and forget. You see a list of files sorted by distance from you. Closest one pops up as a button – just tap to send, no need to touch Flipper. Send signals from lock screen Live Activity, Siri, Apple Watch and CarPlay. Automate things using actions in Shortcuts app.

Where do GPS coordinates come from?

Flipper Map uses your phone's GPS – no external GPS board needed. Your .sub files just need Lat: and Lon: values to appear on the map. Here's how you can set them:

• Using Flipper Map (Easiest) – Select a file, tap "Set Location", drag the pin where you want it and hit Save.
• GPIO GPS board (Automatic) – External GPS module connected to Flipper can save coordinates automatically at recording time. Note: official firmware doesn't support this yet, DYOR.
• Set Manually (Tiring) – Add Lat: & Lon: lines directly in the .sub file on your SD card.

It's not an em dash my friend, it's a different dash. Not a minus sign as well. You get that when you press Option+Minus on mac with Georgian layout. Em dash is much longer.

Apparently using dashes instead of minus signs and using basic text formatting makes the app classify as slop

Ai always use em dashes instead of minus signs, it's one of the ways to quickly tell if what whas written was (likey) by an Ai

I'd like to suggest an extra feature: if you use a signal from the mobile app and it doesn't have coordinates, add them. This way, you don't need to modify the Flipper code. And... why not for Android?

So what if he did it with AI? If you don't want help, you can write your code in assembly language, or cook on a rock. It's a tool; it doesn't work on its own. It brings his idea to life. I don't see anyone else doing it if he didn't.

You mean during capture? It won't be accurate, because from Bluetooth RPC I can only detect when the file was saved to SD card, but not the actual capture time. So you may capture signal while walking, then save it after 2 minutes and the location will be completely different from where it was captured.

Otherwise you can set or change location of any file from the app manually.

I'm referring to "during playback." I might already have the file, and I might not have an assigned location for it, but I can use it from the "no location" list. When I use it, my location will be assigned as the signal's location. Am I lost? Because I have no way to test your application
