I have a library near me and can 3d print. I found a good design on Etsy but it’s 30 dollars (see picture below) has anyone made a design similar to this and can send me a link to it on a 3d printing website. Thanks

You bet. The imagery is Japanese. It means "Flipper" if you care, or didn't know.

I haven't printed one, so I can't offer any special details... what I would offer is to multiply the latch hardware when you print to have a spare or two in case of failure.

Then 3, 4, are the clips that hold the lid to the body. Choose your style....or print both per spares.

05 is the clip on the body side.

And then the last 2 files are for a F0 without a silicone sleeve, so its got a bit slimmer interior

Well, pics....Or it didn't happen. Lol. We wanna see. I printed one and it started to fail at the hinge so I scrapped it and reprinted. I'm having a friend paint it for me. I want mine to look like a Zippo Lighter.

One potential thought, if your printing in resin, would be to use a flexible resin.
