This weekend I will start on milling custom Flipper "Shells" from Aluminum and Brass. I will keep my project updated here with links to custom Vinyl wraps for Flipper as well.

So I think this will look very cool but you must keep in mind that flipper is a ball of radio. If you notice on most of the all metal cell phones there was always a plastic notch and all of the antennas lived behind that. With the flipper they are spread out. While this will probably look really slick it will probably render flipper pretty useless.
