Flipper Friend System

It would be great to have some kind of app where you could make 'friends' with other flippers and be able to share features and scripts, there should be options to add the friend with NFC and you could maybe see if any other flippers with this option enabled are near you (Maybe send out a subghz signal every min or so) Im too stupid to figure anything like this out but if anyone has any insight that would be great 🙂

I dont think it matters how cheap you make it, people will still see it as unecessary to have. Im a ham radio operator, and you know how hard it is to convince people to get in to the radio Hobbie. Everyone says, "I have a phone to communicate, why do I need a radio?" You try telling them what about when there isn't a phone tower available, then how will you communicate? It's hard to convince people, to get something until a device becomes important.

I happen to have a 3ds. I only have about 24 streetpasses (most of them from one friend) even though I carried it everywhere for 2 years

i like this idea, maybe use two of the subsystems in tandem with one another...sub-ghz to detect "friends" nearby, and nfc for transfer of data? it would at least be useful if you wanted to, say, transfer data from one flipper to another without needing a computer?

Has anyone had success creating a background process on a Flipper Z? If yes, this could easily be done with an AX.25 type data burst sub ghz

I was thinking further, there is already a pocsag receiver, if we could get it to tx as well, that’s the ticket. Just have it send a burst with a unique id related to each user and listen for a response. Of course getting it to run as a background process and send a burst every 5 minutes would be the thinker.
