audio pc freezes tried every fix imaginable so im coming to the tech place as im a tech guy myself but ive ran out of ideas and options.

when does it stutter
is it playing games listening to local music or spotify or ytube music or?

have you swapped motherboards at all
cause different motherboard drivers even tho in the same family will cause freezes

yeah ive swapped mobos like 3 times with this pc but ive reinstalled windows and debloated everything like a bunch of times
and got all appropiate drivers
its playing games and spotify yeah
its like its bottlenecking but its like hanging
then goes back to normal then freezes

i would try personally just load optimized defaults in bios, then enable ram
see what happens
then if that doesnt work just reinstall windows without debloating it and see if its a issue with the way your debloating
otherwise the only thing that will make it stutter at that point is the usb port your using for your mouse/controller is transferring the input latency directly into the cpu
so try a diff usb
cause most my other pcs issues were solved over time via windows updates, which stutters during games from mouse inputs were one of them
and over boosting shutting the system down

could be a issue with auto detect on the motherboard
are you keyboard/mouse 1k hz polling if so turn them down to 500
i moreless would just type the issue into ai and itll give you a list of liek 10 things to test

Have you tried using a non-debloated version of Windows 11 to see if that fixes the issue? Maybe something is happening when you debloat the Windows 11 install.

my dad bought me 2 sticks equal to 64 gb ram

first thing I would do is pull the new kit of ram out and see if it gets to be stable again.

could just be your ram exceeds the controller of the cpu
more capacity also means more instability
