Hi, I have a friend with a defective GTX 1050 Ti 4GB. Fans don't spin, and HDMI port is broken. He also appears to not have integrated graphics (doesn't know his CPU and display won't turn on soo). I also can't verify if he has external PCIe connectors so what's the best GPU upgrade for him? His budget is $300-500.

Can't find the sticker on the PSU after taking off the back side panel, so I'm telling him to look for PCIe cables
Okay, confirmed it's an iBuyPower prebuilt, I'm gonna try to find the model and go from there
This is the model but I couldn't find any PSU details and it kept leading me to other prebuilts that aren't the 1050 Ti one

I think I'll just recommend the RTX 3050 6GB as a replacement GPU since it's the fastest one that doesn't need external power
Still waiting for him to find any 8-pins of PCIe external power
