**Job Description: **
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Web Developer to kickstart our company’s ability to develop cutting-edge web applications for consumer and enterprise products. The role would initial require direct development of a high volume of websites, and would become a role in the hiring, management, and coordination of a web development team and web development contractors. Utilizing expertise in React JS, Next JS, and Amazon Web Service Integrations, you will implement user interfaces and develop back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms. You will work closely with 2D designers and 3D artists to bring visuals to life and leverage 3D web technologies like ThreeJS and WebXR. You will collaborate with our creative team, project managers, and internal and external developers. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about their work and eager to grow with the team. This is a remote position.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Some experience forming and maintaining a team of web developers and/or contractors.
• A portfolio of previous web work, with your responsibilities in each project listed.
• 8+ years of experience in web applications and infrastructure
• Proficient in React JS, Next JS, and AWS
• Extensive knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and usability
• Experience with ThreeJS and WebXR
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects in a dynamic environment
