i have problem with download FSLTL base models is downloading very slow its been 4 hours and is 11% how to fix this problem

I am waiting for like 20min and i have 0% in the Download only for Base Models

I had this problem last night.. took forever to get to 4% I gave up. THis morning at 6am Eastern time it flew. like 5 minutes It was installed fully. So might be a time of day bandwidth thing? Try in off hours. I thought it was screwed up too. Went fast this morning.
