After take off issues

Hello everyone I am having a recurring problem that prevents me from using the plane. Indeed, after each takeoff my plane becomes uncontrollable, yet when programming the FMS, I entered the correct value in magenta color (41) present at the bottom of the PFD (41). The plane goes nose up, impossible to tilt the nose down. Can someone help me please?
