LSZH ILS28 approach wrong turn on ZH703

I was flying the following route:

LYBE/12L TUVA3C TUVAR DCT BEDOX DCT ERKIR DCT KPT L856 NEGRA NEGR2A LSZH/28

STAR NEGR2A via AMIKI transition.

The aircraft was supposed to take the right turn on ZH703 (chart attached) and the turn was properly showing on ND. However, once aircraft got to ZH703, it took a left turn instead of a right turn.

The turn was a bit off compared to the chart, so I got recommended to add speed constraints so I don't have such a weird turn. I added 200 kts speed cstr on ZH703 and CF28 which made it better: #aviation-chat message

The flight plan on ND was all good all the time, however, once I reached ZH703, it started a left turn. ND was showing right turn as expected, but aircraft turned left instead. I mitigated the issue by using DIR-TO to CF28.

Screenshots attached show the cockpit at the moment went the aircraft started turning left at ZH703.

I have one important thing to mention if it matters. This route included a hold over KLO. It was already part of the flight plan, I didn’t add it on my own. However, I decided to break off the hold when I was on heading close to 081 by using DIR to ZH703.
