#Install not running after setup

Hi guys, I recently want to experience FSLTL so I downloaded the FBW installer setup and run in admin. But somehow after setup and run the FBW installer program nothing happens except seeing it in Task Manager. I tried to search if anyone have the same problem like me with a solution but no luck. Can anyone help explain what's going on? Thanks in advance.
