#Aircraft symbol not showing on ND even there have an Aircraft nearby me unless TCAS RA.

Hi. I am having a problem that my A32NX cannot show other aircraft's symbol on my ND unless if there has a TCAS RA. Does someone know what is happening here? (My A32NX is DEV version)
