Windows Permission - FIXED ("EPERM" error)

SOLUTION FOUND
Hi! I checked every thread, somebody has the same issue that I have but no solution has been found yet.
I tried to run both setup and installer as admin, also deleted everything from the Community folder, nothing seems to change.

Error: EPERM

Solution: Guys do these two things:

1. Backup your "Community" folder files, delete the folder and create a new one (name it "Community" too).
2. TEMPORARILY DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS, then install Flybywire running it as admin. It'll work
