ND has a "kink" in faf

I'm not sure if this is an issue on the A32NX or Navigraph data but the last point in the rnav17 approach for VTSM appears to have a "kink" in it. no problem for other airport for now.

After playing with it for a little bit I can make it straight by using an overfly on the last point.
