I was playing MFSM and the sound of the fail test of the engine and the APU isn't hear on the experimental mode.

Are you sure that you waited until the FWC is initialized? Aka the ECAM warnings are gone?

This ^^ and also it might take a moment for the warning to play , you need to hold it for a sec or two until it starts
