#Un-Filtering the Multiblock Centrifuge

Hello, I noticed that the Multiblock Centrifuge only processes the sort of comb which is specified in the blue filter slot. Is there something I don't get which lets the multiblock run unfiltered?

Nope. It only works when filtered atm. It’s a recipe caching mechanism to improve performance and minimize recipe lookups. I do intend to make it work unfiltered. I just need to work the logic into it so it’s clean

aight, nice to hear that. making a multiblock for each comb type would be a pain

thanks

Well you wouldn’t need a separate one for each type

#

You can increase the size and just add more inputs/outputs

#

Then you can share some of the outputs as well as use the void blocks to filter out garbage you don’t want

#

But I do agree that forcing the filter can be annoying

true that, although this will also fail at some point. especially considering I'm creating a gregtech modpack which will have a bee for each resource

Though I’d also argue that it would be more optimal for finite control

#

Mmm funnnnn

#

I’ve been wanting to see a gregtech pack with our bees

#

There’s a million ways I could come up with to make them work together

I loved forestry in 1.12, so I was happy to see the return of the bees in 1.19. pair that with gtceu (which is in dev) and create, and you get the perfect pack imo

Yeah

If you come across any other issues be sure to let us know. It’s why we’re still in alpha at this point. We just need to aggregate bugs and feedback to polish everything up

I surely will
