#Level Editor Problems

Hi Friends! I'm trying to regenerate my nether and remove incendium. I'm on 1.21.1 neoforge. I've tried using the level.dat editor on the level editor website but it gives me an error "error reading file" When i try to upload my file. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I'll upload my level.dat file too
