Me and my friends are seed hunting for a new world and we came across this seed using my username "digitaldipper". We thought it was great but went to go look at other contenders. when we put the seed back in to take a second look, the seed was a desert seed, completely different.

is there any reason why this is? or is there any more information i need to give you?? we typed the seed into the lilypad console both times and it was completely different

or is there a way to look back at old versions of the server properties file in lilypad?

okay so this issue is really stupid

Promenade places its biomes with a library mod called Biolith

#

Biolith's biome placement is not consistent, even on the same seed

#

Promenade and vanilla biomes may randomly switch places even on the same seed

so does that mean this location is in the seed somewhere or will it just be random each time you load in

you'll see the same terrain and generally same biome temperatures but the exact biome may differ

but every time we've loaded in since its been a desert

when we loaded other seeds over and over they kept everything the same (for example "bigron")

we're trying one with a typo that looks very similar to see if its anywhere around but im not sure

we've tried every permutation ever (thats exaggerations obv)

i think we're giving it up and we'll build it a grave on whatever server we end up going with o7 thank you for your help! i'll keep searching though in hopes i can find it

Said that the biome may be different even if you find the seed

What abaut you go on seed trakcer search an seed with this lake close to spawn and see if an biome like this spawn and in case it doesn't you just delete the world and try another similar seed

And you said that every time you find an desert

If the desert it's your problem then seed traker it's the best for you
