Hello, I have a question .
I try to solve it myself, but I just can't find the solution. Been asking chatgpt, but that doesn't work either.
If anyone could help, I would be very appreciated!

I am playing "fabric loader 1.21.5 0.17.2" and the mods I am using are in picture 1, in which I highlighted "Terralith", "tectonic" and "lithostiched"
For shader I use Complementary Reimagined r5.5.1

I am playing single player world

Here are the issues:
I use OBS studio to record.
It's all smooth when I was playing my world (being playing it like 3 minecraft days), but when I finished playing and go check the recording file, it's really laggy. And the sttuter of the video file only happens when I enter somewhere that have never been rendered before.

But when I removed terralith, tectonic and lithostiched, then do a test by creating a new world, the video recorded by obs won't stutter.
I do the test under the same circumstances, which is going to places that have never ever been rendered once before.(In this case, I create a new world to test it.)

I proceed to test it.
I added terralith back(meanwhile, tectonic and lithostiched are still being removed), then the video file starts stuttering again.

Eventually, I went back to the very vanilla installations which minecraft official launcher provides. (You know, the one called "Latest Release")
This time, the video file recorded by obs won't stutter.

Please let me emphasize the point again :
This problem only occurs when I enter places that never been rendered before.
And only the video files recorded by obs stutters, the gameplay itself is smooth.

Further info:

  1. Distant horizons settings
    pls see picture 2
I finished generating all the lod chunks in the world that I said I been playing for 3 minecraft days.
I even try turning "Enable Distant Generation" to False, but still, gameplay is smooth and the video recorded by obs is laggy

  2. adding optimization mod
I even added "noisium" mod afterwards, but it doesn't solve my problem

  3. obs studio setting
    It's all default value

  4. pc spec
    amd r5 7500f
a six pipes dual towers/fans cpu cooler
    rtx 5060
    32gb ram

Apologies for a very late response. Since it has been so long since the issue was created, I will close the thread for now. If it is still a problem, feel free to open a new one.
