I do have NBTExplorer so I could edit the level.dat but I don't know which aspects I need to edit..
this is the level.dat in question
@real flame sorry for pinging you but I noticed you're usually the one taking these kinds of tickets, I was wondering if you could help me too <:)
no need to ping, i've been busy this week and haven't had time to look at any support tickets until now
but yes, i can
rename this to level.dat and continue with the instructions on the site
Ah sorry I did not know whether you'd see the ticket without the ping or not!
We've done a good amount of progress since I last uploaded the level.dat
Is it at all convenient if I upload the current version we have right now, or if you'd list what I need to change in it so I can do it myself? Otherwise I'll just roll-back the server with this anyway, I simply don't want to ask too much of you :,D
the only important things the level.dat stores is the day count, end fight data, gamerules, etc. any actual data/progress in your world is not affected by the file
but if the day count and such is really important to you, sure, resend your latest level.dat and i can update it
Oh those aren't important at all! I though this would affect the actual builds we had
In that case let me just test the file real quick to confirm it's working o7
for sure. if you do want to see the full list of things that file affects, its listed here on the mc wiki. but yeah, stuff like chunk and player data are stored in world/region and world/player_data respectively (or whatever the similarly sounding folder names are)
alright everything works now! thank you so much!!
glad to hear!
