Can't find locate or find Terralith villages?

I'm using the Terralith mod, 1.21.1 Neoforge. Idk if its just bad RNG, but when I do the command to find terralith fortified village, it always says "could not find a structure of type "terralith:fortified_village" nearby

I fly around, teleport far away for a chance but can't find them

world gen and structure wise

I figured it out, the global packs mod was the culprit
