we have no way of directly affecting what happens in Origins. likely something on their end. i have never heard of the issue either, so i would have no idea where to start looking on why that happens
what about under main.mcfunction in the player folder? idrk how mc code works so im sorry if thats a dumb question
i was really trying to fix it yesterdsy and the only way i got it to work was installing an unnoficial addon to the mob that removed mobs and items nd just kept the structures which kind of sucks bc i really wanted to play w all those things:,)
no, that's not how it works
and yes, it's possible something in incendium is inadvertently causing the issue. but finding out what it is would be a pain, and it doesn't make sense that it would in the first place
(and when i mean "causing" - i mean something that's incendium's fault. obviously incendium is conflicting with it if IBO "solved" the issue, but what i mean is that it's possible Origins has weird code that causes the issue when Incendium is installed for some reason)
and since i have zero idea how that Origins mod works, i have no clue where to start to figure it out
you would be better off asking them on what type of things might conflict with the flying, which would give us a better start on figuring out where to look for the issue
i agree incendium didnt make sense making a problem like thaf

ik they use may_fly when you get into bat form thats all i could find regarding the transformation

that stuff uses the origins: namespace, which incendium wouldnt affect at all

that stuff is how incendium determines when to activate its own weapons and detection systems. but would not affect other mods (at least, they shouldn't)
it's pointless to search through incendium until we know what could cause origins to break

but i think you need to talk to the origins mod about this. there's not much more i can do to help until they list some things that could potentially cause issues. then, i could see what they say, and serach/figure out what in incendium could trigger it

i doubt the origins server will give you support for the vampire addon. so while it's possible the issue originates with Origins, that would be up to the vampire addon to help you figure out
only thing i see in their code that has "flying", "creative", or "mayfly" (mayb they used a diff name for it idrk) is identity nd its just replacing it from false for all flying mobs
origins itself doesnt seem to mention any flying only the vampire addon
does incendium replace identity's ability to fly?
identity does seem to have alot of conflicting issues in their github
