Theres a scammer for a game called Infinity Kingdom on the server and they use a hook to try to pull people in and then they extort them to pay for the game.

ennui_731 is the scammer.

although what you said makes sense, you could see that without proof, someone could mention any username and say they were a scammer. so proof of scam is required for us to take action
