Change biome generation rarity, and or change their size

Hello, is there any way for me to change the chance for a terralith biome to generate using the datapack? Specifically the skylands biome. Mine seem to generate way too big and way too often, but i see some are very small.

Configuration (Biome Layout/Terrain Shaping)

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Neither editing the biome layout or adjusting terrain shaping are possible without a lot of pain and suffering. You can try, but no one will offer support for this.
