If you teleport to the end on seed 4990540600262118684 you will find yourself trapped in blocks that will break instantly. the player can get a stack of blocks.
I don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but I decided to report it.

nothing to do with nullscape; would instead be a vanilla issue/feature

The end stone as of 1.19 drops as if mined by a player
