About Terralith and Multi-Overworld

Hi everyone , i'm wandering if ther is a way to set both mods to generate a normal one overworld and a second one with the terralith generation ?

that would be a question for multi overworld, since they are the one that creates the extra dimension

i'd assume it wouldn't work, but feel free to ask them
