hi, so i want to make a gold farm on the nether roof but because incendium increases the height of the nether generation, the nether roof does't have enough airspace to make a gold farm (bc of build height). how can i get around this or how do i make a gold farm which is incendium friendly?

we dont have the answer for you - you'll have to adapt your farm

i can give the general answer though: make the farm shorter and dont build it up high. you'll have to spawnproof spaces below the roof in order to make it properly efficient
