#New datapack/functionality: mushroom capitator

the capitator also does not work with cherry trees so it would be cool to find an alternative for it that does work for cherry trees
Idk how it would impact performance (I've only used it in a smaller server setting), but Vanilla Tweaks' Timber datapack works for both cherry trees and mushrooms/nether trees (with those last two being toggleable options, as I recall). Maybe that might be worth looking into? It also doesn't auto-chop fences and stripped logs, which I've been finding really annoying when I'm building, haha
Yeah, one of the changelogs for the plugin that we’re using said it added support for cherry trees but sadly it seems like it’s for the 1.20 cherry trees and not the experimental datapack cherry trees
I’ll probably use VT’s timber, the one Cedric recommended (though I would like to avoid using too many datapacks lol)
Understandable haha; I just know from anecdotal experience it seems to be pretty consistent and customizable. I can see people complaining about the noise from breaking leaves, but I believe breaking leaves can be toggled off anyways
btw has performance been good so far?
like since incendium was removed
I haven’t been on to check
Wrong thread but do you know when we're gonna be able to break the bedrock?
you can yeet the mushroom trees really fast with an ax fyi
if the mushroom is 3 blocks high, yes, not if he's 25 blocks high
