It could even just be the area inside the castle, and people would have to choose between 3 different kit options upon walking in.

The three main kit options would be:
Sword: Prot 2 Diamond helmet and chestplate, Prot 2 iron leggings and boots, Power 2 bow, unenchanted diamond sword, 16 arrows, 8 golden carrots, and 2 instant health II potions.
Axe: Unenchanted full diamond armor, Sharpness 1 diamond axe, Power 2 bow, 16 arrows, 8 golden carrots, and 2 instant health II potions.
Alt Sword: Unenchanted full diamond armor, Sharpness 2 diamond sword, Power 2 bow, 16 arrows, 8 golden carrots, and 2 instant health II potions.
Once you kill a player you get their stuff, after 5 kills you would get extra items, like a shield, food and potions.
Of course these are all subject to change

I actually plan to build some type of arena later, but oo many things to work on at the moment

That’s cool, tho I mean an arena in the main lobby, so we can do something else than parkour when waiting for server restarts
Parkour is cool, I would just like if there was anything else to do other than walking around

we will not have an arena at spawn, but you all are welcome to build one at a random spot, and we can create a warp there (and appropriate signage/instructions/etc)
