i dont know whats the issue, i cant break or place blocks or even fight mobs if i try to do it i get kick by "you are sending too many packets" i tried resetting my net, restarting the game, remove own added mods or rejoining the game

it started when i tp to calm in the nether and went into the castle and thats when i started to get "requesting resend of blocks around you" after that i rtp for savety bc i saw the message in the chat and then i tp home realizing that i cant break stuff/place
