Perhaps you don't want to give business insights away, but... Is it worth buying land at the shopping district? How great is the effort of restocking and how big are the profits (-> how long did it take you to earn the 1000 Starz that bought the plot?) Is it a good idea to sell stuff you don't have an automatic farm for?

It always depends, of course, but I'd advise against it. The only plots still available are cruddy ones that few people will notice immediately. If you have an auto farm for something that no one else is already selling, go ahead, but it's gonna take a while to pay back the money on the plot. My shop is a third the price of Arctic's and started nearly a week ago but I still haven't gotten the money to pay back the plot yet.

elytra change makes sense to encourage people to visit each shop but tbh getting around is so slow is takes forever to get even from two shops in the same district
the subway system sounds promising (already tested a tp in one functioning subway) but again it’s still slow getting between shops in the same district
