Hello there are about 10 people on my server and the server has brutally bad TPS.. i wrote to paper support and they say it's caused by command function which eats 1/2 tick and that the problem is with Incendium datapack.

oh yeah, paper itself struggles with function datapacks and high player counts. Yes, Incendium is slightly laggy, but should not be that bad. I'd recommend using a Paper fork like Pufferfish or Petal. Our server #stardustmc-chat uses it with Incendium and runs well

i believe Petal and Pufferfish are very similar, but for us, we just happened to like Petal more
doesnt matter too much. point is, now a days, its better to use a (stable) fork of Paper than Paper itself
kind of how like people started to use Paper over Spigot

oh yeah, there are TONS of forks. Airplane, Purpur, Pufferfish, Petal... and ik im forgetting a couple
(and iirc, Pufferfish is a fork of Purpur, which is a fork of Paper)
